Subject: "Most urgent reason to impeach Bush "

Just yesterday it was reported that Bush had authorized spying and intelligence gathering against Americans. The following day he was facing pressure, he admitted that he was responsible and called it necessary.

Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI)condemned this as another example of how the Administration violateds civil rights and civil liberties. Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) joined the Democrats compaint and said that \"there will be hearings immediately in early January.\"

This is no doubt a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Constitution of the United States. The very document he swore to uphold and defend. This is an action that the King of England might had taken if he had today\'s technology. This should not be the same path of the President of the United States-the leader of the \"free\" world.

If they brought charges against President Clinton for personal indiscretions, then I hope these same Republicans will join with Democrats to entertain articles of Impeachment. We as a nation must protect what has stood for more than two centuries.

Sincerely,
Nicholas C. Casey
