Whether you wish to admit this or not, your accusations on this website are not entirely accurate. In the lead up to the war in Iraq, where was the political opposition in the Congress? Where were the brave Democratic members of the House and Senate when they had their opportunity to prevent the war? You and your fellows may disagree with the war, thats great, but how about you share some of your vitriol for those who authorized the war and now distance themselves from it? That would be an honest response.

The so called illegal wiretaps are not illegal. That is a fact, that is why the investigations into it have just been hot air.

This site and others are simply seeking retribution for Clintons impeachment. Clinton bears far more responsibility for the present state of the world than Pres. Bush. Pres. Clinton was a weak President. He placated Iraq, N. Korea, the other terrorists in the Middle East. And his treason regarding China go without saying.

So, how about a little honesty. Admit this is a attack site riding on a wave of anti-Bush feelings. But then again modern liberals are far better at feeling than thinking. And your site is a joke, the authors and those affiliated with the site are frauds and should be shown as such.

Have a good day, long live the First Amendment and I am also not pleased with Pres. Bush, but he is a hell of a lot better than Kerry!

Unfortunately the Democrats believed Bush when he lied to them. They were fools and share the blame for the war in Iraq. They allowed House Joint Resolution 114 to pass. About 50 Democratic Senators voted for it and 21 against. But Bush went beyond the authority of HJRes114 by violating the UN Charter and Nuremberg Principles and War Powers Act. More here:

Also HJRes114 said "The President is authorized to use the Armed Forces of the United States as he determines to be necessary and appropriate in order to(1) defend the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq". But Bush had intentionally misled Congress about the threat from Iraq. Attacking Iraq was, therefore, neither necessary or appropriate.

The sad thing is that Bush knew the intelligence on Iraq was faulty. He withheld the full truth from Congress and intentionally shaped the intelligence to promote war. This has been widely documented but it is painful to believe. I would be very interested if you can find a factual error on these pages.

Why do you think that? If the law says Bush has to ask the FISA court for a warrant with 72 hours, and he ignores that law, then how is that not illegal? Bush claims that he is above the law but that doesn't make it legal. That just makes it more scary.

The Center for Constitutional Rights has examined this issue and concluded that the electronic surveillance was completely illegal. Bush cites case law that precedes the 1978 FISA law and is now invalid. This page my be interesting to you:

I could care less about Clinton. He was a terrible husband but that did not warrant impeachment.

Please don't insult me. I will treat you with respect and would appreciate the same.
